IGIS Asset Management Promoting Sale of Myeongdong Noon Square that Received NPS Investment IGIS Asset Management is pushing for the sale its Myeongdong retail asset, Noon Square which it acquired in 2012 for KRW 250 billion. The process of selling Noon Square has begun after 12 years, ahead of the fund maturity in March next year. The main investors of the fund are the National Pension Service (NPS) and the Police Mutual Aid Association. The selling price is expected to be between KRW 350-400 billion.
