The NPS has entered a strategic partnership with Scape Australia, the leading student housing company in Australia, and invested AUD 700 million (USD 443 million). The top ranked company in the Australian student housing sector, Scape, was founded in 2014. It owns and operates approximately 19,000 bed-sized student accommodations in cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide. Plans were unveiled for additional development of 4,000 beds of student housing in its pipeline.
