Warburg Pincus has begun full-fledged investment in the Korean senior housing market. It has already invested in Korean logistics centers and data centers with help from ESR Kendall Square and invested in the Korean self-storage market through its support for the self-storage platform StorHub. A partnership was formed late last year with MQ Logistics to establish Qube Industrial to invest in new economy sectors. Widecreek Asset Management is another partner being utilized for such investment.
