German asset management company DWS Asset Management has been selected as the preferred bidder for the Gonjiam Logistics Center being sold by Mirae Asset Management and the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC). Recently, there has been an influx of listings for logistics centers. While logistics-related transactions stalled since late 2022 when interest rates remained high, the amount of supply has now slowed and properties that were waiting out the economic environment are now being put up for sale.
