New competitors are joining the Korean commercial real estate market one after another. For example, Angelo Gordon’s Kim Tae-rae was hired by Blackstone last March for their new Korea office, while Goldman Sachs also recently recruited Min Choi, who worked at M&G Real Estate Korea as well as Ryu Seung-mo who worked at M&G Singapore.
