Invesco, an American manager, is simultaneously selling three logistics centers it has invested in. The three assets are Yangji Logistics Center which was completed earlier this year, Iljuk Logistics Center in Anseong, Gyeonggi-do which is still being developed, and Jegi-ri Logistics Center in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do. Yangji Logistics features mixed room temperature and refrigeration facilities and has a total floor area of 205,400 square meters. Coupang is leasing the entire property. It’s in a key location near Yangji IC with accessibility to Seoul within 30 minutes. It is managed by RIFA Asset Management.
