KAIM Asset Management, an MDM Company, Purchases the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office Building KAIM Asset Management, a subsidiary of MDM Group, has purchased the San Francisco District Attorney’s building. In early January, KAIM, along with Lincoln Property Company, an American real estate development and management company, purchased the building located in the Potrero Hill neighborhood of San Francisco. On the receiving end of the transaction is PRP, an American real estate investment management company. The purchase price is USD 118 million.
