Candidates for the acquisition of what is expected to be the largest commercial real estate transaction this year, the Yeouido International Financial Center (IFC), are beginning to emerge. IFC is a 3-building complex with offices, retail, and a hotel. It was put back up for sale in late 2021 for the first time in five years. Initial bidding was held from December 23-24, just before Christmas, and now the shortlisted candidates have been announced.
