ARA Korea, affiliate of ARA Asset Management, acquired the recently built Marble Arch Place of London, England. This is ARA Korea’s first investment in European real estate. ARA Korea and NH Investment and Securities teamed up to acquire the asset for GBP 280 million from local developer Almacantar. Located in West End of London, the Marble Arch Place is a 13,000 square meter mixed-use property comprised of office, retail, and residential spaces.
