Warburg Pincus is New NPS Real Estate Consignment During the third quarter of 2021, the NPS newly incorporated two Korean alternative consignment firms and three foreign ones. Among them were Warburg Pincus in real estate, Hillhouse Capital in private equity, and Polar Asset Management Partners in hedge funds. Domestically, SKS PE and KB Asset Management were included. As of the end of the third quarter, 14 real estate companies, 13 infrastructure companies, and 79 companies invest in domestic alternative consignments. This is two fewer than the end of 2020.
