SK D&D and NPS Using REITs to Develop Office Building in Namdaeumun SK D&D is developing a high-rise office building in Namdaemun, Jung-gu, Seoul through a REIT subsidiary formed with the National Pension Service. D&D Investment, a REITs AMC under the umbrella of SK D&D established as a joint venture with the NPS REIT DDIVC, and its subsidiary REIT DDI EVC No.1, has recently obtained a business license from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, enabling the start of construction.
