The yield of domestic listed REITs has outperformed the KOSPI for three weeks in a row. Except for the first week of November, the REITs market has been relatively stable this month. Earlier this month, the US Federal Reserve increased the base interest rate by 0.75 percentage points, but after the US CPI was announced, the market appears to have escaped the fate of the October declines.
