Established in 2011, KT AMC is a REITs asset management company (AMC) wholly owned by KT Estate, a real estate company from the KT Group. KT AMC was established because KT needed REITs AMC in the process of selling its assets. KT AMC has played a role in liquidating KT assets since its establishment.
