CBRE Korea: Lowest Quarterly Investment Since 2018, but Solid Rental Price Growth The Domestic Commercial Real Estate Market Report for Q4 of 2022, released by CBRE Korea, a global comprehensive real estate service company, revealed that the volume of commercial real estate investment transactions in the fourth quarter of 2022 decreased by more than 38% compared to the previous quarter, for a total of KRW 2.6645 trillion.
