KKR Acquires Osan Logipolis Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) has partnered with YNP Asset Management to complete the purchase of Logipolis logistics center in Osan. The purchase price is KRW 330 billion with a total project cost exceeding KRW 350 billion. KKR has invested approximately KRW 130 billion. The loan interest rate has been set at 7%, and the loan-to-cost (LTC) ratio is 60%. Logipolis is a new room-temperature and refrigerated logistics center complex that began construction in early 2020 and was completed in October last year.
