KTCU is working on selecting a consignment manager in pursuit of the ‘Special Situation Fund (SSF)’ strategy. It received proposals from managers at the end of February, went through PT in early March, finally selected a manager, and are now in the final stages. The SSF strategy was pursued due to the market being disrupted by interest rate hikes, and many managers were interested.
