Public funds investing in overseas real estate are experiencing difficulties. Recently, discussions between a sales company and a management company about finding a solution to a problem with a fund (IGIS Global Real Estate Investment Trust No. 229) that is investing in Frankfurt’s Trianon Building were made public.
