Leading the ‘new economy’ sector in the APAC region, Logos has now acquired a newly built logistics center located in Yeoju, Gyeonggi-do. This is Logos’ second acquisition in Korea. The asset is approximately 12,825 pyeong in size and a significant portion of the total area has already been signed with “Company L”, one of the largest 3PL companies in Korea.
