Yeouido Hi Investment & Securities Building (formerly the KTB Building) is up for sale again. It’s been three years since Mirae Asset Global Investments promoted the sale of the KTB Building in 2020. Mastern Investment Management was selected as the preferred bidder for the purchase. Mastern had previously acquired the NH Investment & Securities building adjacent to the KTB Building in 2019, re-naming it Angsana Residence Yeouido Seoul, then selling it as a residential hotel facility.
