History of GIC’s Seoul Office Sales The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, or GIC, is selling one of its office buildings for the first time in many years. GIC is preparing to sell The Exchange Seoul in Gwanghwamun and the attached Exchange Seoul Mall. The Exchange Seoul was acquired by GIC in 2004 and The Exchange Seoul Mall in 2010. The assets are being sold after many years. The Concordian Building, acquired by Mastern Investment Management last April, was also a GIC investment, but its co-investor CPPIB had a strong desire to sell.
