    Son Hwa-ja, IGIS Asset Management’s largest shareholder, is pursuing the sale of her 12.4% stake in the company. IGIS Asset Management ranks first in Korean real estate fund management volume (AUM). IGIS was founded by the late Kim Dae-young, who previously served as Vice Minister of Construction. His wife, Son Hwa-ja, inherited his shares after his passing in 2018. An advisor has been selected to prepare to sell the shares.
