The Korean hotel market is recovering rapidly and a rare 5-star hotel was put up for sale in the Seoul hotel market at the end of last year, attracting the attention of many domestic and foreign investors. The Conrad Hotel Seoul is being sold by Brookfield Asset Management. The asset is included in the Brookfield Asset Management-owned Yeouido IFC asset cluster.
