Gravity Asset Management was recently selected as the preferred bidder for the Hanssem Sangam headquarters building located in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The building is being sold directly by Hanssem. Sangam DMC (Digital Media City) was planned by former Seoul Mayor Go Geon in the early 2000s. The purpose was to create a world-class digital media industrial complex ahead of the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup. The project hoped to attract media companies, broadcasters, newspapers, and tech companies so that it would become the representative business district in northwest Seoul.
