The simple average rate of return for the 21 listed REITs last week was 0.45%. Following a strong performance in the previous week, the REITs market is now continuing its upward trend for the third consecutive week. During the same period, the KOSPI recorded a decrease of 2.27%. Despite the continued decline of the KOSPI, Korean REITs have maintained positive momentum for three weeks straight.
