The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, more commonly known as GIC, continues to increase its investment in Korean logistics centers. GIC completed the acquisition of the Nae-dong logistics center in Bucheon and the Bukcheon logistics center, which were pre-purchases in partnership with Gravity Asset Management last year.
