The old Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Building located at 378-10 Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul has a total floor area of 14,280 square meters. The building has four basement levels and 8 above-ground levels and has been owned by Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance since it acquired it from Hwaseung in 1999, over 15 years.
