Hana Alternative Asset Management is selling Shilla Stay Mapo to Shinhan REITs Management. Avison Young was selected in 2023 to advise the sale that initially chose Kiwoom Investment Management as the preferred bidder. The deal fell apart in the first half of 2024 when Kiwoom failed to recruit investors. The sale was resumed in late 2024 but proposals were received directly this time without the use of an advisory firm.
