Seoul Allows Floor Area Ratio of 1,800% Along Teheran-ro, Enabling Development of Super High-rise Buildings The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that it has approved the revised ‘Teheran-ro District Unit Plan Decision Amendment,’ which includes increasing the floor area ratio of the Teheran-ro area from Gangnam Station Intersection to Posco Intersection to a maximum of 1,800% and doing away with height restrictions.
