The REITs market has managed yet another rising trend. Last week, the simple average return of the 21 listed REITs recorded a 1.76% gain, rebounding after just one week. The previous week saw some adjustment after a 5-week period, however last week, 17 out of the total 21 listed REITs rose in a successful rebound. The Korean REITs market started somewhat sluggishly in the first month of the year (-0.25%), but rose by 4.71% during the month of February, and has continued its upward trend with a 0.79% increase so far in March.
