The British private equity firm Actis is considered a pioneer in data center investments in the Korean commercial real estate market. Since early last year, Actis has been operating the Anyang Epoch Center, which was developed in partnership with GS Construction. The 40-megawatt (MW) data center was completed in 2020. Late last year, Actis also began operating the DITO Yangpyeong Center in Yangpyeong-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul that has a capacity of 26 MW.
