The co-living blind fund, established by IGIS Asset Management and co-living operator MGRV in 2020 with a scale of KRW 250 billion, is considered the first of its kind among Korean residential funds. IGIS and MGRV completed their investments through the establishment of Mangrove Sinseol, then continuing with Mangrove Dongdaemun and Mangrove Sinchon.
