Hyundai Motor Group has partnered with Koramco REITs & Trust and its preferred stock blind REIT to acquire Scale Tower at Gangnam Station through the purchase of preferred stock. Scale Tower, located at 831-7 Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, is an office building completed in 2023 with a total floor area of 49,361.46 square meters.
