Kendall Square Asset Management is pushing for the sale of a logistics center located in Naechon-ri, Maesan-myeon, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, following the sale of Icheon Logistics Center 4 (Icheon Fila Logistics Center). The company has already been actively pursuing the sale of the Icheon logistics center 4, in which ESR Kendal Square REIT is an investor, since the beginning of this year, and has selected Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) and Pacific Asset Management as the preferred bidders.
