A logistics center managed by Kendall Square Asset Management has come up for sale again. The Icheon Logistics Center 4 (Icheon Fila Logistics Center), Icheon Naechon-ri Logistics Center, and Coupang Mokcheon Logistics Center are all being pursued for sale simultaneously. The Icheon Logistics Center 4 is being acquired by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) in partnership with Pacific Asset Management, while the Coupang Mokcheon Logistics Center is set to be acquired by ESR Kendall Square REIT.
