Shinsegae Property’s Starfield Cheongna Receives KRW 300 billion Joint Investment from Hana Financial-Bain Capital Shinsegae Property, a real estate development and management company under the Shinsegae Group, has signed a joint investment agreement with Hana Financial Group and global investment firm Bain Capital for the development of the Starfield Cheongna shopping mall complex. Hana Financial contributed KRW 225 billion through the Capstone Asset Management Fund, and Bain Capital directly invested KRW 70 billion for a total of KRW 295 billion in external investment.
