IGIS Asset Management, Korea’s Top Asset Manager, Accelerating Sale The sale of management rights for IGIS Asset Management, the largest domestic real estate asset management company with an AUM of KRW 30.2 trillion, is set to begin. The sale lead, Morgan Stanley, is pushing for the sale of approximately 66% of the shares, including the 12.4% stake from current largest shareholder Son Hwa-ja.
