On July 28, CBRE Korea released its report on the transaction volume for commercial real estate in Korea. The second quarter 2025 transaction volume reached KRW 7.1143 trillion, a 53% increase compared to the same period last year. Combined with the first quarter, cumulative transaction volume for the first half of the year amounts to approximately KRW 15 trillion, already surpassing 70% of last year’s total investment amount.
