KT&G’s Courtyard Marriott Namdaemun Finds Buyer as Heungkuk REITs Management Acquires at Appx. KRW 600 million per Room

    The preferred bidder for the Courtyard Marriott Seoul Namdaemun being sold by KT&G, where competition among domestic and foreign investors was fierce, has been determined to be Heungkuk REITs Management. On July 31, KT&G conducted a bidding with five participants: Blackstone, ARA Asset Management-NH Investment & Securities, Heungkuk REITs Management, HHR Asset Management, and Samsung SRA Asset Management-Phoenix. The shortlist included four participants, excluding Samsung SRA-Phoenix, which had the lowest price, and conducted interviews on August 4.
