Pebblestone Asset Management, which has proven its competitiveness as one of the entrusted asset managers for the NPS value-add fund, is selling its mid-sized Daechi Building (1021-5 Daechi-dong) in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul that it initially invested in with a Singaporean investor early in its establishment in 2016. The Daechi Building is a small to medium-sized building with a plottage of 792.50 square meters, a total floor area of 4,191.45 square meters, and consists of 3 basement levels and 6 above-ground levels, with the first floor leased to Artbox and floors 2-6 used for a private academy.
