    IGIS X Asset Management is accelerating its entry into the Japanese market. Big changes were underway last year with a change to the governance structure and its name. (The company was formerly known as IGIS Neo Value Asset Management.) After intense internal discussions, the company decided to change direction and become specialized in the residential sector.
