The Singapore-based real estate investment company Mapletree has appointed Lim Young Cheul, a former executive from the American real estate asset management firm Hines, to lead Mapletree Private Capital Management. Private Capital Management is the private real estate fund arm that Mapletree, a major player in the Singapore REITs market, is fostering as a new growth driver.
