The predecessor of IGIS, PS Asset Management, started in 2010 at the Gangnam Finance Center (GFC) and moved to the Yeouido Sewoo Building, which is currently used as its headquarters, in 2013. Over the past decade, IGIS has grown into an unrivaled real estate asset management company, with the Sewoo Building at its foundation.
