Koramco REITs & Trust has finally found a new owner for its office building K Square Gangnam 2 located near Gangnam Station. The sale has been attempted multiple times since 2023, but was unsuccessful until now. K Square Gangnam 2 is an office building located at 374 Gangnam-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with a plottage of 2,029.9 square meters and a total floor area of 21,942 square meters.
