IGIS Asset Management’s ‘tech-ready building’ Factorial Seongsu has found a new owner. Factorial Seongsu was meticulously developed by IGIS in the merging office market in early 2024. IGIS has put a lot of effort into this project, which has been showcased from the land acquisition stage through development, operation after completion, and stabilization stage.
