KT Estate and LaSalle Asset Management acquired land that was put up for auction last year in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and have now secured a major gaming company, Nexon, as a tenant for the office they are developing. Nexon is a game company that was established in 2022 through the merger of NetGames and Nexon GT.
