Koramco Asset Management will acquire U5 Hotel in Euljiro, Seoul. Located at 369 Dongho-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, the hotel has 297 rooms and is currently owned by Kyesan Industrial. Koramco Asset Management was selected as the preferred bidder, signed an MOU, and has been conducting acquisition negotiations and recruiting investors. On December 30, a sales contract was signed. The acquisition price is approximately KRW 140 billion, with a per-room price in the mid-KRW 400 million range. The deal is expected to close in January 2026.
