IGIS Asset Management is promoting the sale of Centerfield, an asset located in the Yeoksam area (231 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul). Centerfield has a total floor area of 239,252 square meters across two buildings with seven basement levels and 35 above-ground floors, and a 36th floor composed of office, hotel, and retail spaces. It is considered a super-prime asset, a symbol of flight-to-quality, and is leased by major domestic conglomerates and IT companies such as Shinsegae affiliates, Krafton, Facebook, and Amazon.
