The preferred bidder for Shinsegae HUB Logistics Center being sold by Pacific Asset Management has been confirmed as Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) – Kreate Asset Management. The Shinsegae HUB Logistics Center, was the first large logistics center property for sale this year, held a bidding on January 7 in which KKR-Kreate Asset Management, Macquarie Asset Management, and Wide Creek Asset Management, among others, participated.
