The emerging office market in Pangyo has been receiving plenty of attention from Korean investors. It’s even been given the nickname of Korea’s ‘Silicon Valley’ thanks to its prominent IT tenants like Kakao and Naver. Its office market is also booming, with a vacancy rate near zero. Bidding for Pangyo’s Alpharium Tower, held on October 21, reflected the high level of interest in the area’s office market.
