British management company Aberdeen is making its first investment in Korea in the form of an office development project in the Supyo District. Aberdeen manages real estate assets worth EUR 43.2 billion worldwide and entered Korea in early 2019 through the acquisition of Orion Partners, a Hong Kong-based investor. Orion has been active in Korea, investing in City Square (Seosomun District 5) in Jung-gu, Seoul, the old Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering building in Dadong, and the Pantech building.
